We require a copy of your Resale Tax License from the state you do business in:
Upload a scanned copy of your resale tax license. Maximum file size 25MB. If you do not have a digital version of your tax license, please place your order by phone. Please let us know in the comments field below whether you have faxed, emailed, or mailed your license.
Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf. Max file size: 25MB.
Important! Please make sure that there are no special characters / punctuation (e.g., - ! or *) in the file name you are uploading. The server will not accept these files.
On occasion we send out emails to inform our customers of new brands or specials.
The monthly catalog includes new listings, sale items, closeouts, and price changes. All items are listed at current net prices. The monthly catalog is also available in PDF digital format if you prefer not receiving a printed catalog.
